European Workforce Corridors

Connecting Central & Eastern European Partners With Western European Employers.

Newland Global Workforce explores business relationships involving employers, recruitment agencies, authorized temporary-work businesses and service contractors across European markets. Our role is international B2B introductions and coordination, not direct worker recruitment, hiring or migration processing.

MODEL 01

EU Citizen Direct Employment

Citizens of Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary and Slovakia can generally work for employers in other EU countries without a work permit, subject to applicable employment registration, professional qualification and national requirements.

MODEL 02

Compliant Posted Workers

An employer with a genuine employment relationship and a legitimate cross-border service arrangement may temporarily post personnel under applicable host-country rules. Posting declarations, working conditions and A1 social security documentation can apply.

MODEL 03

Non-EU Employment Authorization

Serbian citizens do not gain EU worker free-movement rights. German Western Balkans rules or another country-specific employer-sponsored permit route may be relevant; eligibility and approvals must be verified for each case.

Europe Requires Separate Legal and Commercial Models.

Direct Hiring

Destination employers or appropriately authorized employment agencies hire eligible workers; Newland facilitates commercial introductions and communications where lawful.

Agency & Contracting Cooperation

Relevant agency, labor leasing, subcontracting and temporary-work licenses differ by country. Contracts must identify who employs, supervises, pays and bears legal responsibility for workers.

Third-Country Nationals Living in Europe

A non-EU citizen holding residence or work permission in one EU country cannot simply be treated as an EU citizen for employment elsewhere. Any cross-border provision of services or posting needs careful country-specific verification.

Responsible Operating Standards

Before a European Partnership Moves Forward

01

Confirm the actual citizenship and employment status of workers covered by any proposed arrangement.

02

Identify licensed or otherwise legally permitted recruiters, employment agencies, contractors and actual employers.

03

Confirm the destination employer, occupation, pay, employment conditions, insurance and any relevant permits.

04

For a temporary posting, verify the real service contract, sending employer, declarations, A1 documents, host-country conditions and any additional authorizations.

05

Use legally reviewed written commercial terms, worker protections and privacy arrangements. Do not imply a guaranteed job or visa.

European Partnership Development — Not a Job Portal

We welcome discussion with EU/EEA employers, authorized source-country agencies, relevant contractors and training organizations. Please identify your legal entity, operating countries, industries, staffing or service capabilities, and proposed cooperation.
