Open protected Wix curriculum management
The links below open Wix's own authenticated dashboard. They do not grant access: you must already have appropriate administrative privileges.
The standard Wix CMS Editor collaborator role can edit all CMS collections, including confidential CRM and finance records. Do not assign this role to outside instructors until restricted course-only access is implemented and verified.
Academy content review and controlled releases
Use your authorized Wix administrator login. The original 540 lessons are preserved. One unapproved teaching example is staged as a draft, with zero approved releases.
Teaching quality release process
- Teacher or coordinator drafts course corrections in the protected management system.
- Fluent language teacher reviews pronunciation and dialogue; workplace safety specialist checks risk boundaries.
- Academic reviewer confirms vocabulary and distinct questions, detailed feedback, and appropriate course level.
- CEO or designated owner approves an exact curriculum revision.
- Authorized owner publishes the reviewed draft to the protected Wix CMS release collection.
- Future course-only backend must verify that release and the student authorization before exposing content and recording scores.
Important: CMS Draft / Publish is live, but it does not itself enforce the full CEO sign-off, synchronize the public JavaScript lessons, restrict each teacher to their own courses, or generate student credentials. No external instructor has been invited.
Admissions review and lawful training funding
Wix member-owned course requests are separated from administrator-controlled admission decisions. A request is not an enrollment, employer job referral or tuition order. Only a trusted administrator can confirm a course and verify any funding obligations.
Important: No real Academy student enrollment or payment is activated. Wix member-login and cross-account isolation still require live verification. Do not issue a course acceptance or invoice merely because a request exists.
21 acceptance and security gates
Review 3 configured checks, 9 real-member tests waiting for authorized accounts, and 9 blocked server/compliance requirements. These are not 21 production test passes. Keep real student enrollment, payment, certification and employer sharing closed until authorization gates pass.

All 540 editable drafts now include twenty unique vocabulary definitions and fifteen distinct workplace practice questions with explanations. 5,510 generic placeholder meanings were replaced. The six job sectors each include 90 draft units. Content is NOT professionally approved, translated end-to-end, formally assessed or legally accredited.
Before release, require authentic country-language translation, local occupational safety review, original examination validity and CEO approval. Changing these CMS drafts does not automatically overwrite the current public practice files.
Safe Login Connection Diagnostic
For a final owner check: test whether the public Wix browser can create an official hosted sign-in URL. The test does not log in any account or expose passwords, OAuth tokens, student data or payment details.
A successful diagnostic is not proof of cross-member record privacy, secure grading or certificate issuer approval. Keep production access blocked until member A/B tests pass.
Read-only member permission verification
After a test Wix member signs in, verify identity, member-owned practice/course request access, and denial of administrator admissions/certificates. The member test does not change real student data. A second independent member is still required to test cross-account privacy.
Student A / Student B synthetic privacy check
Create only a disposable Wix member-owned synthetic marker. Member B must be different and unable to read or patch it, after which A confirms the record is unchanged and deletes it. This has not yet been run with two real members, and is not a real student data test.
Official grading & certificate audit preparation
The owner-authorized backend policy implementation has passed 40 local synthetic tests covering server grading, instructor role scope, CEO approval, certificate evidence, consent withdrawal, employer project isolation and default-deny behavior. This is server source code under test, NOT a deployed live server. The current Wix Headless upload is static. All official academic API endpoints remain disabled until a secure server deployment and account acceptance tests.
Next server deployment: use a Wix-supported server build or protected external backend without replacing the existing Newland static pages. Student signup tests can be deferred to prelaunch. Do not issue grades, credentials, prices or employer access from this static page.
