The student controls consent. Newland checks the employer, project, issuing institution and minimum necessary information. Each decision must be enforced and audited on a trusted server before any real record can be disclosed.

Permission policy laboratory

Use fictional test data only. This browser simulation never retrieves, grants or shares a student's actual records.

The screen is deliberately incapable of granting access. Even when every checkbox is checked, production server authorization is required.

Negative-access test suite

Test examples include the wrong employer, wrong project, revoked consent, unverified certificate, unknown identity, instructor grading outside an assigned course and missing CEO review.
